This is simply a blog about the things we’ve been doing to get in better shape. As such, keep a few things in mind:
- What works for us may not work for you. Don’t come griping to us if you don’t cut weight doing what we do, just try something else.
- We aren’t doctors. Talk to your doctor before starting an exercise program, especially if you’ve got a health problem. If we suggest something and a doctor tells you something else, listen to him; he’s probably a lot smarter than we are.
- I’m pretty sure there are some other things I can say, but I’ll sum it up by saying this site is for entertainment purposes only. If you’ve got a beef with something we’ve said, surf elsewhere.
- If you don’t heed 3 and think you need to sue us for something, don’t bother. We’re broke and you’ll never see a dime.
On the other side of it, if you’d like to link to anything on this site, knock yourself out. If you want to quote something, feel free but please do provide a link and attribute the passage to its author.
