This is simply a blog about the things we’ve been doing to get in better shape. As such, keep a few things in mind:

  1. What works for us may not work for you. Don’t come griping to us if you don’t cut weight doing what we do, just try something else.
  2. We aren’t doctors. Talk to your doctor before starting an exercise program, especially if you’ve got a health problem. If we suggest something and a doctor tells you something else, listen to him; he’s probably a lot smarter than we are.
  3. I’m pretty sure there are some other things I can say, but I’ll sum it up by saying this site is for entertainment purposes only. If you’ve got a beef with something we’ve said, surf elsewhere.
  4. If you don’t heed 3 and think you need to sue us for something, don’t bother. We’re broke and you’ll never see a dime.
