Burn With Us is a collective blog by a bunch of folks trying to get fit. Some of us just want to lose a little weight, some of us want to get our general fitness level back to an acceptable level, and some of us are making entire lifestyle changes to protect our health.
We’ll be posting our fitness progress, some thoughts on the various programs and exercises we’re trying (or have tried), and whatever else comes to our mind. The goal here is to hold one another accountable and pump one another up, and at the same time we hope we’ll encourage several of our readers to get up and get moving.
